Refund & Return Policy
At SoniVita, we care about your satisfaction and strive to deliver quality health, sleep, and wellness products. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- You must contact us at support@sonivita.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For health, personal care, and hygiene reasons, certain products are non-returnable once opened or used. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Anti-snoring mouthpieces
- Oral devices
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Earplugs, sleep masks, and similar items
⚠️ According to health and safety regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights - Article 16), goods that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons lose the right to be returned if unsealed after delivery. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds on opened or used hygiene-related products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We’ll review the case and offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund (based on the case)
Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is processed and shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We are always here to assist. Opening a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may delay resolution. If a chargeback is found to be abusive or fraudulent, we reserve the right to permanently block the customer from future purchases.
